Privacy

We collect what it takes to make your video and send it to you. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never see your card number.

Your account. Name, email, password (stored hashed, never readable by us) and phone number if you give one.

Your branding. The logo and headshot you upload, your colors, your title and brokerage, and the contact details you want printed on your videos.

Your orders. The listing you ordered, the address, the photographs published on that listing, the video we produced, and when each stage happened.

Payment. Stripe handles the card. We keep the reference to the payment, the amount and whether it succeeded, so we can support and refund you. We never receive the card number.

To make the video, to put your branding on it, to show you the job while it runs, to email you when it is ready, to take payment, and to answer you when something goes wrong. That is the whole list.

We use a small number of companies to run the service. Each one gets only what it needs, and none of them may use it for anything else.

• Vercel, which serves the site.
• Supabase, which stores your account, your orders and your files.
• Stripe, which takes payment.
• Apify, which looks up a listing from an address.
• Google Places, which suggests addresses as you type.
• fal, which generates the video clips.
• Resend, which sends your email.

One cookie keeps you signed in, and one remembers that you dismissed the branding prompt. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics profile and no third party tracker on this site.

Your account and your videos stay until you ask us to delete them, so your library is there when you come back. Ask and we will delete the account and the files. Records of payments are kept as long as the law requires, because they are accounting records rather than ours to throw away.

Write to support@activityautopilot.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. A person reads it and answers.
