Refunds

Last updated 17 August 2026

This is a plain language draft, written to be read and not yet reviewed by a lawyer. If anything here matters to your decision, write to support@activityautopilot.com and we will answer plainly.

The promise

If the video does not come out right, you get your money back. You do not have to argue for it, and you do not have to prove anything.

What counts as not right

The video did not finish. It came back with too few shots to be usable. It shows the wrong property. Your branding is missing or wrong. The footage has obvious errors in it. Anything else that means you would not put your name on it.

That last one is deliberately broad. You are the one posting it, so you are the one who decides whether it is good enough.

What we would rather do first

Usually a re-run fixes it, and a re-run costs you nothing. If a handful of shots came back weak, tell us and we will run it again before anyone talks about money. If you would rather just have the refund, say so and that is what happens.

How long you have

Seven days from when the video is ready. If you are outside that and something is genuinely wrong, write to us anyway. A policy is a default, not a wall.

What is not covered

Changing your mind after a video has been produced is not a fault, and neither is a listing being taken off the market. We spend real money generating each video the moment you order, so a refund for a video that came out fine is not something we can do routinely.

If you ordered the wrong listing by accident, tell us straight away. If we catch it before the shots are generated, you get a full refund.

How to ask

Email support@activityautopilot.com with the address of the listing. That is enough for us to find the order.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. We start it the day we agree it, and your bank usually takes a few working days after that. Credits bought in a pack come back as credits.
